KIMBERLY LAHODNY
Kimberly Lahodny is an experienced BROKER-REALTOR® and the owner of RIVERWATCH Residential & Commercial. She is the daughter of a property lawyer and developer in the DC area and spent her childhood watching her family restore historic waterfront properties, designing and reimagining city commercial and residential neighborhoods on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Her first job at 17 years old was working for DC’s top producer, Kristen Gerlach, at Gerlach Real Estate in Chevy Chase. She has witnessed the ebbs and flows of real estate in 3 wildly different markets: the DC area from the 1980s to 2008, Northern CA from 2014-2020, and now the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA)—both Georgia and South Carolina from 2020 to present.
Price strategy, market trends, and understanding of commercial growth and development are major strengths Kimberly brings to every transaction. Kimberly holds a BA from American University in Washington, DC, and a Masters's Degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.
